Login Issues — Strava OAuth Authentication Failed
If you cannot log in or Strava authorization fails, please verify the Strava account is properly configured and try the authorization flow again. Clear browser cookies and cache before retrying. If the issue persists after multiple attempts, submit a bug report via GitHub Issues including the browser type, version, and any error messages displayed during the authentication process.
Power Data Anomalies — Incorrect Analytics Results
If your power analysis shows unexpected results, first verify that your Strava activities contain power meter data from a compatible device. Re-sync your activities from the dashboard. If FTP estimates or MMP curves appear incorrect, please submit a GitHub Issue with your Strava athlete ID and the specific activity IDs showing anomalous data. Our team will investigate the analysis algorithm for your specific case.
Account and Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request deletion of all your personal data from TCU Power Training Room. This includes your Strava profile information, cached activity data, FTP history, and analysis results. To request data deletion, submit an issue via GitHub Issues with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your Strava athlete ID. All deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can also revoke Strava access independently at any time through your Strava account settings under Authorized Applications.
Strava API Rate Limits and Sync Delays
TCU Power Training Room uses the Strava API to fetch your activity data. Strava imposes rate limits on API access, which may occasionally cause sync delays during periods of high traffic. If your recent activities are not appearing in the dashboard, please wait a few minutes and refresh. The system automatically retries failed sync attempts. For persistent sync issues lasting more than 24 hours, please contact us via GitHub Issues.
