TCU Power Training Room is a professional cycling analytics platform built by Taiwan Cycling Union. We believe science-based training should not be limited to professional athletes. Track Chronic Training Load CTL, Acute Training Load ATL, and Stress Balance TSB in real time. FTP Functional Threshold Power Tracking
FTP is the foundation of watt-based athletic development. The platform tracks Functional Threshold Power FTP trends over time using multiple estimation methods — 20-minute test protocol, 60-minute average output, and critical CP model cross-validation. Automatic zone recalculation ensures all seven exercise zones always reflect current aerobic capacity.
MMP Mean Maximal Power Curve
The Mean Maximal Power MMP curve reveals a complete performance profile across all durations — from 1-second neuromuscular sprint output to 60-minute aerobic capacity.
