Ride Detail Analysis 單次騎乘解析

Select any synced Strava activity to open a full breakdown of that ride. The analysis view displays a time-series watt output chart, heart rate overlay, cadence profile, and speed trace. Interactive zoom allows focused inspection of any segment within the ride. Identify surges, steady-state efforts, and recovery valleys across the complete activity timeline.

Core Metrics 核心訓練指標

Normalized Power NP accounts for the variability penalty of variable-intensity efforts, reflecting true physiological cost better than simple average wattage. Intensity Factor IF expresses how hard the session was relative to FTP, where IF 1.0 equals one hour at threshold. Training Stress Score TSS combines duration and intensity into a single load number comparable across all session types. Variability Index VI reveals how smoothly or erratically watt output was distributed during the effort.

Zone Distribution 區間時間分佈

A stacked bar chart shows how many minutes were spent in each of the seven Coggan exercise zones during the selected ride. Compare zone distributions across multiple sessions to ensure the weekly mix aligns with the training plan: more Zone 2 for base building, more Zone 4 and Zone 5 for race preparation. Consistent zone tracking over a season reveals the patterns that drive long-term athletic development.

W' Balance Tracking W' 無氧儲備

W prime represents the finite anaerobic energy reserve available above critical CP threshold. The W' Balance chart plots how this reserve depletes during hard efforts above CP and recovers during easier intervals below. Understanding W' depletion helps athletes pace breakaways, climbs, and sprint finishes more effectively. The three-parameter critical CP model is fitted to each athlete's historical maximal effort database for accurate, individualized estimates.
